Shipping Policy

Shipping and Deliveries

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 5 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, it’s not guaranteed we’ll be able to fulfill your cancellation requests.

RIGEAR partnered with GDEX to provide you with the best possible delivery services. As for one day delivery services, we will use delivery services from Grab Express or Lalamove Express. 

Orders made outside of the website will usually be delivered via the merchant delivery services. For instance, Shopee Third Party Logistics consists of NinjaVan, J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL, CityLink Express, etc.


Self-pickup orders will be ready within 4-5 working days or earlier. Once your orders are ready for pickup, you will get notified from our team.


If you order an item on pre-order, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the preorder item(s). If you have ordered an item on pre-order as well as other items, we will hold your order until the pre-order item arrives then ship the entire order together. However, if you would like to have the available items in stock to ship first, please contact our Customer Service team. We will ship the items in stock prior to the pre-order item.
